Monday July 14th

4PM - Tour of Angel’s Health Institute, led by Peggy, the owner of the place.
5 PM -  Orientation
6 PM - Welcome supper –green smoothies made with spinach, mango and banana. Fruit: strawberries, peaches, apples
7PM – ‘Everyone Loves Me’ exercise with Tom
9PM – Campfire sharing
10PM – Night Night!

Tuesday, July 15th

6AM – Ashtanga Yoga with Vrnda7AM – “The Walk” with Tom
7:30AM – Showers
8AM - Breakfast. Green smoothies made with kale, peppermint, peaches, and raspberries. Fruits: cherries.
9AM – “The Work” with Tom.
12PM – Lunch. Savory green smoothies made with romaine, avocado, ginger, tomato and basil. Fruit:Pears. During lunch, everyone is invited to watch on the big screen the DVD “Catching Up with Reality: An Interview with Byron Katie.”
1PM – free time
2PM – “The Work” with Tom
5PM – Dinner. Green smoothies made with a whole, organic watermelon (with rind and seeds). Fruit: Blueberries. During dinner, everyone is invited to watch on the big screen the DVD “Reversing the Irreversible” by Valya Boutenko
6PM – The Work in small groups
8PM – Evening snack: green pudding made from chard, pineapple and mango
9PM – Campfire sharing

12PM – Lunch. Savory green smoothies made with celery, parsley, avocado, tomato, lemon and a touch of jalapeno. Fruit: peaches. DVD – “Loving the One You’re With”
1PM – free time
2PM – “Greens Can Save Your Life” with Victoria
5PM – Dinner. Green smoothies made with wheatgrass, mangoes and bananas. Fruit: apricots and blueberries. DVD -  “Resentment and Jealousy: The Work with Byron Katie.”
6PM – The Work in small groups
8PM – Evening snack: green pudding made from dandelions, mango, dates and vanilla beans

12PM – Farewell lunch. Savory green smoothies made with lambsquarters, stinging nettles, avocado, tomato, lemon and a touch of cayenne. Fruit: apples and bananas
